Pepperell+ CHS Phase 3 Action Items Survey
The time has come!!!!!
We are accepting action items for our Phase 3 of Community Heart and Soul.
We want to hear your ideas for each of our statement titles. Give us one idea or ten. We would love to add your ideas to our list of action ideas. Let's create something for the future or bring back an old tradition. It starts with you!
These action items will help us determine what our residents want to see. We will pick our top priority ideas and start planning out these ideas as we end Phase 3. All of our ideas will continue to be utilized throughout the future as we step into our ongoing practice of Community Heart and Soul.
Rate the ideas and share yours!
